We’re updating our pricing for the 2026 - 2027 school year
Why?
Rental requests (specifically for lighting, visuals, sound, etc.) have consistently grown over the last few years, and we have worked hard to make every rental at Wesley a success.
With our increased services we have kept the pricing the same to see if having a second rental host was really needed, and if it was sustainable. The answer to both questions is YES!
Because groups have a variety of needs, we created a tiered system to help us cover our increased costs.
The Wesley Foundation will determine which tier your rental will fall into and will communicate that to you via email.

What stays the same?
Rentals still have a four hour minimum requirement, and the hourly rate will remain the same. The final cost will depend on how long you would like to rent the space for (including set up, the actual event, and tear down), what tier you need for your a/v needs, and if you plan to cook or serve food during the rental.
Tier 1
Tier 1 rentals have events that are more of a production and requires a second rental host to run the tech and sound. Rentals that fall into this tier could have a band, multiple acts, etc.
Tier 1 requires an additional cost of $20/hour to the previous pricing.
Tier 2
Tier 2 is for rentals that just need the space with a simple set up. Rentals that could fall into this tier are looking for a a space to meet, have a ceremony, etc.
Tier 2 pricing stays the same as it was previously.
